Metropolitan Arsenios of Wien to be Personal Legate of Ecumenical Patriarch

His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople nominated His Eminence the Most Reverend Arsenios, Metropolitan of Wien and Austria, Exarch of Hungary and Central Europe in jurisdiction of Ecumenical Patriarch in Istanbul as his personal legate for this year NAPS International Ecumenical Concert 2017.

NAPS Board members were received by the Metropolitan Arsenios in his office in Wien on Wednesday 20th 2017, and discussed the upcoming event.
